Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual with the ability to support the overall accounting and administrative activities accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

 

Job Description:

Performs accounting and clerical duties daily.  Weekly product inventory. Responsibilities will also include answering phone calls, customer service, filing, completing daily follow-ups, and sending out correspondence by email or fax.

 

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of general office/administrative, accounting, and computer experience.  Prior QuickBooks experience required.  Must have the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.

 

Hours:

Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm

 

Pay Rate:

$22.00 to $25.00 per hour, can be higher depending on experience
