Description

We are seeking an Assistant Associate Manager for a local real estate office in Hilo.

 

Job Description:

Responsibilities include preparation of routine documents, sending out correspondence, filing, completing work orders, and invoicing.  Answers routine questions by callers or directs calls and takes phone messages.

 

Requirements:

Prior office experience required.  Must have the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail in a busy office environment.   Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.  Prior Property Management experience is a plus but not required.

 

Hours:

Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., please be flexible on the work hours and schedule.

 

Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour
