Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to perform a wide range of duties as needed. This role requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and the ability to assist with various tasks across different areas of our operations. The General Laborer will support daily activities, help maintain a clean and safe work environment, and complete assignments as directed by supervisors.
Job Description:
Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials. Help with basic construction, maintenance, cleaning, and repair tasks. Assist skilled tradespeople as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites. Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist with site setup and cleanup before and after projects
Requirements:
Previous construction or general labor experience a plus. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to [50] lbs. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Good communication, teamwork skills, and reliability.
Pay Rate:
$20.00 and up per hour
