Job Description:

Knowledge of personal computers and/or mainframe systems and applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, database management, presentation and graphics software, and statistical packages. Thorough knowledge of professional office practices and applications. Proficient with Customer Information System and other information systems as required; and able to update information thoroughly and accurately. Working knowledge of Company policies and procedures contained in documents such as the Corporate Code of Conduct, Safety and Health Manual, etc.

Skills and Requirements:

Several years (3-5) of related clerical and/or administrative experience, preferably in fast paced environment with direct customer interaction. Organizational, conceptual and administrative skills required in order to research, gather information, data, and statistics using a variety of systems and resources with minimal supervision to effectively draft and compose reports. Demonstrates sensitivity to customer concerns and complaints; uses active listening skills to obtain necessary information to address customer’s needs.  Responds appropriately to customers and co-workers while exhibiting empathy and understanding.  Must have or be able to qualify for State of Hawaii driver’s license in order to travel to various sites on the island of Hawaii to attend meetings.  Ability to work under pressure while remaining flexible in a demanding work environment and ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.  Demonstrated ability to type at a minimum of 45 WPM.

Hours:

In-office 2 days/week, preference Tuesday/Thursday7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Remote only to make up difference in hours

Pay Rate:
$22.00 to $24.00 per hour
