Description

We are looking for a professional and responsible individual who is available to provide daily administrative and personal assistance for a real estate office.

 

Job Description:
Responsibilities include assisting with errands, shopping, scheduling appointments, and arranging all travel accommodations.  Administrative duties will consist of email and calendar clean-up and organization.  Organizing google drive and docs.  Create and manage Vendor list.  Assist with the formation of other businesses with AI integration and financial budgeting.

 

Requirements:
Prior administrative and computer experience required. Must be organized, deadline driven, and have the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention detail.

 

Hours:
7am to 3:30pm

 

Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
