My name is Jodi Penn born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii. I graduated from Hilo High School in 1993 and received my degree from San Jose State University with a Bachlelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting. I have owned and operated, The Employment Experts since February 2002. We are a PEO licensed company that has continued to thrive in today’s market. We have 3 successful locations in Hilo, Kona and Honolulu.

I really enjoy working with the community and providing a solid payroll and staffing company that the community can trust. Hilo is my community and my family’s primary goal is to provide outreach and create more businesses that the community can enjoy. I am the financial officer for Penn Fitness and Training Center and the Penn Hawaii Youth Foundation. I am also the financial officer for real estate companies Prodigy Productions and LAM Hawaii, Inc.

The thing that I enjoy the most in my life is spending quality time with my husband and 3 sons. My other love in life is exercise which includes boxing and kickboxing which has been a part of my life for 2 decades.

My motto in life is to not worry about what the next person is doing but live in your own skin and to be the best possible version of me that I can be.
