The Employment Experts – Kona

Born and raised in Kona, I attended Konawaena High School and also the University of Hawai`i Hilo College.  I worked with the State of Hawai`i Department of Education as a Hawaiian Studies Teacher for 20 years before retiring.  As a cultural practitioner of Heiau protocol and also as Kumu Hula for Halau Hula Na Pua Ha`aheo O Kona, I keep busy with passing on my legacy to my family and students.  I like working with numbers and doing data entry and so as one of the Administrative Assistants at our Kona Office, I mainly handle the payroll. 

I strive to maintain a harmonious balance in my life and believe that “Aloha kekahi i kakahi,” loving and respecting one another is a key component.
